I think that the author of 'LKY'S DAUGHTER LEE WEI LING PROCLAIMS HERSELF AS AN ANGEL SENT BY GOD' owes Dr Lee WL an apology because in Dr Lee WL's original article 'An atheist 'sent by God'' (ST31Mar2013), Dr Lee WL stated: "A few days after she was fined, on Maundy Thursday in 2008, I received a tiny parcel from R. I opened it only on Good Friday after being prompted to do so by an e-mail from R.
The e-mail read in part: 'I just want to say a big thank you for going that extra mile for me... My parents are very grateful for your continuous help and support all this while... You are really what the phrase says, 'A person sent by God'.'
Then I unwrapped the gift she had sent. I found a clay tablet inscribed with the words: It doesn't matter WHERE you go in life... WHAT you do... Or how much you have... It's WHO you have beside you.' "

A fair reading of 'An atheist 'sent by God'' would have thus concluded that 'A person sent by God' was a title not self proclaimed, but one spoken in appreciation of Dr Lee in appreciation for her kind help.

The article 'LKY'S DAUGHTER LEE WEI LING PROCLAIMS HERSELF AS AN ANGEL SENT BY GOD' is thus as erroneous in its conclusion as it is defective in its premise the author of 'LKY'S DAUGHTER LEE WEI LING PROCLAIMS HERSELF AS AN ANGEL SENT BY GOD' thus owes Dr Lee WL an apology for the disparaging, unsubstantiated and certainly unfounded comments written.

All criticism that may be construed from Dr Lee's article if any, is the irony that whilst she attests to the fact that "that we can develop into a compassionate society no matter what our religion", implicitly alluding to the popularity and prevalence of religion, if not the greatness of creation, God remains deficient in her experience.

Whilst Dr Lee's oversight might be syndromic of the defective process (of Hindu folklore) about 6 blind men, tripped by their belligerence as they seek to 'discover' an elephant [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blind_men_and_an_elephant ]- yet in this regard, the author of 'LKY'S DAUGHTER LEE WEI LING PROCLAIMS HERSELF AS AN ANGEL SENT BY GOD'/ publisher 'The Alternative View' is significantly much more destructive than the subtle personal religious views of Dr Lee WL- that thus far seem to have taken far less importance than the actions of her kind heart.

A public apology in favor of Dr Lee WL is proper and ought be in order.
